Booking & How It Works
How does an in-park nanny service actually work?
You book a professional caregiver for a half day, full day, or multiple days. Your nanny meets you at the park (or your resort) and accompanies your children inside the parks — riding kid-friendly rides, managing meals and naps, and keeping them happy — while you enjoy the parts of the parks meant for adults. You stay in touch with photo updates throughout the day.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially for spring break, summer, Thanksgiving, and Christmas weeks, which can fill up weeks ahead. That said, always ask — last-minute availability opens up more often than you’d think.
Can we meet the nanny before park day?
Yes — and we encourage it. Once you’re matched, you’ll have the chance to connect with your nanny before the booking (by phone or video), so park morning doesn’t start with a stranger.
What if our plans change or a child gets sick?
Life happens, especially with kids. Our cancellation policy gives a full refund 7+ days out, and if a child wakes up sick on park day, call us at (863) 563-1844 — we’ll do everything we can to reschedule within your trip.
Do you offer multi-day packages?
Yes. Multi-day bookings (3+ days) come with a per-day discounted rate, and whenever possible we keep the same nanny with your family across the whole trip — kids settle in faster with a familiar face. See rates.
Park Tickets & Logistics
Does our nanny need a park ticket?
Yes — your nanny needs admission to accompany your children inside the park. Many of our nannies hold annual passes; if yours doesn’t, we’ll tell you in advance so a ticket can be arranged. The ticket is separate from our service rate.
Where do we meet the nanny?
Wherever works for you: at the park entrance, inside the park, or at your resort. Resort meetups within our service area carry no extra charge.
Is the stroller really complimentary?
Yes. Every nanny booking includes a complimentary stroller for the day — one less thing to rent, haul, or fold onto a bus.
What about nap time?
Naps happen on your child’s schedule, not the park’s. Your nanny will follow your normal routine — back at the resort, in a quiet spot in the park, or on the go in the stroller. Tell us your child’s patterns when you book and we’ll plan around them.
What if it rains?
Orlando afternoons and rain go together. Your nanny comes prepared with ponchos and a rain plan — indoor attractions, shows, and covered areas — so a downpour becomes an adventure, not a disaster.
Safety & Vetting
How are your nannies vetted?
Every caregiver passes FBI-level background checks, sex-offender registry screening, fingerprinting, professional reference verification, and an in-person interview — and must hold current CPR/First Aid certification plus complete our park-specific training. Full details here.
How do we stay in touch during the day?
However you like: text updates, calls, photo drops on a schedule you choose — hourly, at meals, or just an occasional “all good.” Your nanny’s phone is on and available to you the entire booking.
Can the nanny take photos of our kids?
Only with your permission, and only sent directly to you. We never post client children’s photos publicly, ever.
What happens if a child gets sick or hurt?
All nannies are CPR/First Aid certified and trained on each park’s first-aid locations and procedures. For anything beyond a scraped knee, you are contacted immediately — and our office line (863) 563-1844 is staffed during all bookings.
Ages, Needs & Special Situations
What ages do you care for?
We care for children from infancy through the teen years. Infants and toddlers get a dedicated nanny; school-age kids and tweens can choose our Big Brother & Sister companion program for a more independent experience.
Do you have experience with special needs or allergies?
Yes — tell us everything when you book: diagnoses, allergies, medications, behavioral strategies, sensory needs. We’ll match you with a nanny experienced in your child’s specific needs, and your instructions become their operating plan for the day.
What’s the difference between a nanny and a Big Brother & Sister companion?
A nanny provides full childcare — ideal for younger children who need hands-on care. A Big Brother & Sister companion is a vetted young adult who hangs out with school-age kids and tweens: rides, games, exploring, with boundaries you set. Same safety vetting, different dynamic. Learn more.
