Every booking includes a fully vetted, CPR-certified nanny, a complimentary stroller, and photo updates throughout the day. The only thing that changes with the package is how much park time you get.

What’s Included in Every Booking
- Professional nanny or companion, matched to your family
- Full vetting: FBI-level background check, fingerprinting, CPR/First Aid certified (our standards)
- Complimentary stroller for the day (nanny bookings)
- Photo and location updates on your schedule
- Pre-trip planning call to align on your park days
What’s Not Included
- Park admission for your nanny. Your caregiver needs a ticket to accompany your children inside the park. Many of our nannies hold annual passes — if yours doesn’t, we’ll tell you before booking day so a ticket can be arranged.
- Meals and snacks inside the park (your nanny will coordinate with your preferences and any allergies).
- Gratuities, which are never expected but always appreciated.
Good to Know
Overtime
Running late for that last ride? Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments. Your nanny will always confirm with you before extending — contact us for current overtime rates.
Cancellation policy
- 7+ days before: full refund, no questions asked.
- 48 hours to 7 days: 50% refund.
- Under 48 hours: non-refundable, but we’ll happily reschedule within your trip dates if availability allows.
We keep this policy strict because your nanny reserved the day exclusively for your family — but if a child wakes up sick, call us at (863) 563-1844 and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Peak season
Spring break, summer, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas/New Year are our busiest periods. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible — these dates sell out.

Meeting at your resort instead of the park gates? Standard within our service area at no extra charge.
