We meet you where it’s easiest — most families choose one of these:

• Disney resort hotels — meet in the lobby or at the park gates; we’re fluent in Disney transportation (buses, monorail, Skyliner) and plan around it
• Universal resort hotels — including early-park-admission mornings
• International Drive hotels — the corridor’s family hotels and resorts
• Lake Buena Vista & Kissimmee — vacation homes, condos, and resorts along US-192 and surrounding areas
• Winter Garden, Windermere & Dr. Phillips — vacation rental homes popular with larger families

Resort meetups within the greater Orlando area carry no extra charge. If you’re staying somewhere unusual, just ask — if we can reasonably get there, we will.

How Pickup Logistics Work

When you book, tell us where you’re staying. Your nanny will confirm the exact meetup point and time the evening before — accounting for park opening times, your breakfast plans, and how long it takes to get from your resort to the gates. On park morning, you get a text when your nanny arrives. Simple.
